Corona Software SpA, a company incorporated in Chile, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.

When you request a demo, a pilot, early access or a conversation with sales, we collect the details you enter:
- First and last name, work email and company
- Sales team size, monthly requests and catalog size, if you share them
- Current ERP or CRM and your message, if you share them
3.Technical data and cookies
We store your language preference in a cookie. Our hosting provider keeps technical records, such as IP address and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
The site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools we will update this policy; analytics events are designed not to include form contents.
4.What we use it for
- Answering your request and preparing demos, pilots or proposals
- Contacting you about that request
- Improving the site and our offer with aggregated information
5.Legal basis and sharing
We process your data because you ask us to when you submit a form, and to take steps you request before a possible agreement. We don't sell your data.
We only share it with providers that help us run the site and manage requests, such as hosting and communication services, under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
