Talk to sales
Does Kumora sell products or work like a marketplace?

No. Kumora is software for your sales team. It connects to your catalog, prices, inventory and rules; your customers keep buying from you.

Where do prices, stock and compatibility come from?

From your systems and the rules your team approves. The AI interprets the request and explains the recommendation, but it isn't the source of truth for that data. If something isn't in your catalog, Kumora flags it as missing.

Does Kumora change the data in our ERP?

Not directly. Kumora can analyze your data through files, APIs or read-only connections. Fixes are reviewed and approved before they are published or exported.

Is Kumora a data cleaning tool?

No. Data Intelligence is Kumora's first layer: it checks and prepares your catalog so search, compatibility and quotes work on trusted data.

What happens when information is missing?

It asks. Kumora detects the missing detail, like the engine or the axle, and asks for it before querying the catalog, or routes the request to a person.

Is Kumora only for automotive parts?

No. Automotive parts are the easiest example to explain. Kumora works with technical catalogs where compatibility matters: electrical supplies, networking, POS, industrial automation, HVAC and more.

Do we need to replace our ERP or CRM?

No. Kumora works alongside them: it reads prices, stock and customer data from your systems and sends quotes and applied alternatives back.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Kumora can connect to sales channels such as WhatsApp Business through APIs. The connection is scoped during implementation, and the messaging provider's fees may apply.

When is Kumora probably not the right fit?

If most of these describe your business, you likely don't need it:

  • Every product is sold on its own
  • Pricing is simple and fixed
  • There are almost no compatibility rules
  • Customers mostly buy through self-checkout
  • Quotes require no technical knowledge
